May our communities and each one of us be filled with patience,

About wellBeing Acupuncture

Practice

Some of the services offered at wellBeing Acupuncture are Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Integrative Nutrition and Lifestyle choices, Cupping Therapy, Acupressure and Essential Oils, and Breathing and Meditation Techniques.

My purpose is to create a place in our community, where people have the opportunity to learn and experience health and wellness on a body, mind and spirit level.

Southwest Florida offers beautiful blue, open skies,  glorious sunsets and nights created for stargazing.  The sun’s warmth and light gives home to a beautifully diverse array of wildlife and plant life. I am truly enjoying being part of Punta Gorda, a vibrant and friendly community. With river walks and trails galore for walking and biking, it is a community that embraces a healthy and active lifestyle.

Acupuncture can help create fluidity and balance, enhancing the quality of how we “move” through each day.

As an Acupuncturist, I understand how we are all uniquely created.  Each treatment is designed specifically for each person. The wisdom of Acupuncture as a healing art and science, teaches us to care for ourselves. Wellness is a daily practice.
