A Thought to Ponder

Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.

Comments About My Practice

Thanks for all your help!

Thanks Ms. Koch for all your help! Just wanted to say I appreciate you and all the things you do.  You are truly an angel on earth who genuinely cares about others well-being.  Ashley G.

Pain free for over 2 years!

I suffered for years with varying degrees of muscle pain and stiffness beneath my shoulder blade.  At times the pain and stiffness would be so severe I couldn’t turn my head for days. Kathy was able to work with me to identify the emotional agitator while alleviating the physical pain and stiffness.  I have been pain free for 2 years and when I feel the stiffness beginning, I remember the coping techniques Kathy provided and the pain has not returned.  Tammy T.

…instrumental in helping me focus on attaining a healthy life style

Kathy has been instrumental in helping me focus more on attaining a healthy life style thru her knowledge and practice.  She explains in a compassionate and comprehensive way which has greatly benefited helping me become a more active participant in my own health.  She is a blessing to me and the community.  Kathy has an incredible healing presence.  The amount of healing I have received and the skills in which I can live and benefit by, I will be forever grateful for.  What an incredible, positive and rewarding experience I have had as her patient.  Denise K.

…really made a difference in my quality of life.

Kathy really made a difference in my quality of life.  I struggled with my cycles and it turned my life upside down.  My doctor said-that’s perimenopause.  There is really nothing to do about it and it can last for many more years.  Kathy was able to help me get back to health.  Moreover, she treats the whole person Kathy is great!  Gina W.
